When you visit our web site or call our Box Office, you will be invited to provide personal information in order to sign up for some of our services, such as our e-newsletter and our mailing list. You may also purchase tickets, merchandise, gift certificates, or a membership to OSF, at which time you will be asked for your credit card number and expiration date.

OSF does not share, sell, or rent email addresses. We do rent non-member postal mailing lists through a third party vendor. To opt out of receiving third party mailings contact the Box Office.
In addition, we may employ outside agents, meaning other companies or individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These may include sending postal mail, e-mail, analyzing data, telemarketing, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
When you purchase tickets, a membership, or merchandise, or make a donation, online, by phone, or in person, we collect your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. This information is encrypted in transmission and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor, which stores it securely on our behalf. OSF does not store full credit card numbers.

To provide you with access to related information, our site contains links to third party websites. OSF is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any of these linked sites. On a very restricted basis, OSF's website includes third-party advertising with links to other websites. These ads and links are limited to those who have high level sponsor-related relationships with OSF.
CORRECTING OR UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If your personal information changes, we will gladly correct, update, or remove any data you have previously provided to us. You may change your personal information at any time by by logging into your account online or sending OSF an e-mail. We may retain a copy of the prior version for our records.

OSF may send users news about new offerings and special values. To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from OSF. You may choose to opt out of receiving such mailings by clicking “unsubscribe” or by contacting the Box Office.

If you choose to opt in, we may send text messages regarding performances you are attending, including cancellations, delays, venue changes, weather-related notifications, and other important customer service updates. These messages are not promotional or marketing communications. Message frequency varies and is limited to important updates related to your ticketed events. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. In addition, you can send an opt out request to our Box Office.
While we do not charge you for SMS messages. message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third-parties for their own marketing purposes.
DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
Demographic and profile data may be collected at our site. OSF may provide such information in the aggregate to third parties without disclosure of personally identifying information.
IP ADDRESS
We automatically track IP (internet protocol) addresses for statistical purposes. IP addresses are logged per user session and help to determine how often areas on our site are visited. From time to time OSF does link IP addresses to a specific user as means to provide an enhanced and personalize the patron experience.
