Jim Teece is a parallel entrepreneur and community builder with a proven history of founding and leading multiple successful businesses, including Project A, a global ecommerce digital agency; Ashland Home Net, the largest internet service provider in Ashland, Oregon; and Museum Store Products, a renowned manufacturer of made-in-the-USA custom products for the museum, gift, and souvenir retail markets. For over 30 years, he has demonstrated a deep-seated commitment to innovation and community development, both professionally and personally.

Jim's extensive experience on non-profit boards makes him a valuable leader. He has been elected to serve as Board Chair on several organizations and currently holds board positions at Peoples Bank, Rogue Valley Manor, Southern Oregon University Foundation, Southern Oregon Historical Society, Talent Maker City, Northwest Telecommunications Association, Oregon Connections Telecommunications Conference, and the Jackson County Fair/Expo Board. His past board appointments include the Ashland Independent Film Festival, Ashland Chamber of Commerce, Asante Foundation, and Jefferson Public Radio. This breadth of experience provides him with a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing non-profit organizations.

Known for his ability to find creative solutions to complex problems, Jim's "fearless imagination" and passion for the intersection of humanity and technology have driven significant community initiatives. He is also a co-founder of the Jim Teece & Dena Matthews Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to giving back to the community. A public speaker and educator, Jim is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders and helping organizations build a sustainable future. He and his wife, Dena Matthews, live on a ranch in Ashland, Oregon.
